NOTE: The open jam at Sapphire Indian and Thai Restaurant will be starting up again on Thursday, April 1, 2010. Joining me in the house band like last time will be Chris Hall on bass and vocals, and Roy Brooks on guitar. The jam starts at 8 PM and runs until 12 AM.

I am the house drummer for a blues jam hosted by "Wolf," along with Matt Kelly on guitar the second and fourth Mondays of the month at JV's Restaurant in Falls Church, VA. Time: 8:30 PM till 12:30 AM. UPDATE: The jam will be held on each Monday during the month of August. In September it will be held on each Monday except for September 19th, and starting in October it will be held on each Monday. I will do the second and fourth Mondays, and another drummer, to be determined, will be doing the other ones. The guest guitar chair rotates between Robert Frahm and Tom Maxwell.

The Tuesday jam at the Varsity Grille has been cancelled. The Sunday blues jam at the Old Bowie Town Grille has been cancelled. Paul Mastradone and John Vengrouskie are hosting a Sunday jam at Surf Club Live in Hyattsville, MD. I am not involved in this jam at this time.

I have had several inquiries about private lessons. At this time, I am not taking any new regular students. I have a few openings at the commercial music school where I teach, Bach 2 Rock, in Bethesda, MD, but currently, I don't have the time to teach any independent private students on a regular basis. Arrangements can be made for an occasional lesson if time permits.
